Brock Hallett is back in Australia and prepping for a busy Aussie summer ahead in what may be his most comprehensive build up yet for Brandt Sprintcar Speedweek.

The G W Racing 5AU enjoyed three nights of a racy Ohio Speedweek Series and nine races in total earlier this month where he also took two main event wins at Butler Speedway in Michigan including an IRA Bumper to Bumper Series cameo appearance victory.
Last season Brock took the GW Racing Triple X to a main event win in the fifth round of the Brandt Australia Sprintcar Speedweek Series in the tournament finale at Premier Speedway, Warrnambool and finished second in the series overall.
Hallett finished fourth in the penultimate round at Avalon Raceway, fifth in Round Three at Borderline Speedway, eighth in Round Two at Tolmer Speedway and third in Round One at Murray Bridge Speedway.
His consistency and his speed are always a hallmark of the Q5 at any of the venue rounds.
Between Hallett and Graham Erhart (celebrating a remarkable 50 years in the sport) the GW Racing operation is always one of the most professionally presented teams on the road and always in with a shot at feature and series glory.
In the last two seasons Brock has been second and third in the Brandt Sprintcar Speedweek Series and aims without any doubt to improve on both those results in 2026/2027 to come out on top.
"I'm excited to get back into Speedweek and then the Power Tour," said Hallett this morning, "it feels like the World Series Sprintcars days are back."
Can Hallett get the Brandt Sprintcar Speedweek Series victory this time and take the title from back to back champ Lockie McHugh?
