VICTORIAN SPEEDCARS DATES SET FOR NEW SEASON
A 12 event schedule has today been released for the Victorian Speedcar Drivers Assoc. The feature of the calendar will be the Southern Speedcar Tour along with Blue Ribbon events such as the historic Victorian Championship to be held at Timmis Speedway, Mildura.

STEWART GOES BACK-TO-BACK IN GLADSTONE
MEDIA RELEASE | QUEENSLAND SPEEDCAR RACING ASSOC Harry Stewart (Titan Garages Spike/Esslinger BB 7) scored an emphatic win in the Bob Baker Queensland Championship at the McCosker Gladstone on Saturday June 6 winning by 6.5 seconds in the non-stop 30-lap event. He became the first driver to go back-to-back since Ross Kiehne in 1988 and 89. RODRIGUEZ CLAIMS AVALON SPEEDCAR TRACK CHAMPIONSHIP
With the weekend’s event bringing the season to a close at Avalon Raceway, it also marked the final round of the “BL” Brian Linigen Track Championship for the Speedcars. A solid $3,000 prize pool was on the line, with $1,500 going to the overall winner — and it was 17-year-old Kyabram young gun Aston Rodriguez who came out on top. Making the jump from Junior F500s, Rodriguez has taken to Speedcars like a natural, putting together a standout season with multiple strong results
